Privacy
Short version: we keep the nickname you picked, what you asked for, the video that came out of it, and an anonymous id in a cookie so the channel knows it is still you. No name, no email, no card number.
What we keep
The nickname you chose, the text of what you asked for, the video that came out of it, how many likes it got, and a random device id we store in a cookie on your phone. That id is what lets you find your own video in the queue, and what stops one phone flooding a screen.
Photos
We use a photo you upload to make your video and nothing else. We delete it 24 hours later. We never train anything on it, never sell it, and never pass it beyond what that one video needs.
Payments
A payment processor that meets the card industry standards takes the payment. Your card number never reaches Visora and we never store it. We keep a reference to the payment so we can refund it.
Cookies
Two: the device id described above, and the language you picked. No advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.
Who else sees it
The venue sees what plays on its own screen and its own totals. It cannot see anything from another venue. The services that make the video, take the payment and store the files see only what they need for that job.
Deleting your video
Write to us with the nickname and roughly when it aired and we take it off the channel. If you already shared the video, that copy is yours and stays with you.
