Terms
Visora is a channel that plays on a screen inside a venue. You write what you want to see, you pay for that one video, and it plays on that screen. These terms cover what you pay for and what we do with what you send.
What you pay for
One video, one payment. You see the amount on the button before you confirm, and it varies by country and by the length of the video. There is no account, no subscription and nothing that renews.
Refunds
If we turn down your idea before the video is made, we charge you nothing. If you have already paid and we cannot make the video or cannot show it, we send the full amount back to the card you paid with. You do not have to ask, and we do not refund a part of it: either the video airs or you get your money back.
What can be shown
We check everything three times before it reaches the screen: your idea, your photo, and the finished video. We turn down nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, illegal activity, anything with a minor in it, and anything that puts a real person on screen without their agreement. We can also take a video off the screen afterwards. Whoever walks into that shop ends up looking at the screen without choosing to, so we draw the line well before the legal one.
Photos
A photo is optional. If you send one, you tick a box agreeing that the face in it can appear on the venue screen and in the video you share, and you confirm that the person in the photo is you or that they agreed. Send a photo of someone who did not agree and we take the video down. We delete the photo you uploaded 24 hours after your video is made. The video itself stays on the channel.
Your video
The video you paid for is yours to share. You also let the venue and Visora keep playing it on that channel, including in the loop that runs when nobody has ordered anything.
